Summary
When a crazed man escapes from an asylum for killing his sister he goes to his hometown. He stalks three high school girls who are babysitting on Halloween night. One by one they fall victim to the dreaded Michael Myers. It's up to Laurie Strode to stop this evil before it kills again!

Review
This is personally one of my all time favorite horror movies of all time. It has a great quality to it. It has a reality to it that makes you think. For such a low budget and limited shooting schedule this movie is superb.

Gore
This movie, though it is a classic, does have its flaws. One of which is the lack of gore. There very little blood if any. We see only blood and no flesh wounds throughout the movie. For those who love gore don't stray away from this movie. Though it may lack in gore it makes up for in scares.

Nudity
Well for those people that loves the obligatory chest shot you'll get what you want. This shows the beautiful Lynda's (Soles) great assets. We see them for a frame or two. There is also a scene where Lynda and her boyfriend are bumping uglies and we see some stuff. This is nothing over the top but it is nudity so some horror fans will be pleased and some religious folks will be disgusted.

Killer
When he was only a child he killed his older sister and was sent to an asylum. After twenty years he escapes and comes home. His weapon of choice is any household kitchen knife. His attire is a blue jumpsuit and a white William Shatner mask. His victims are aplenty and this is a man to be reckoned with. Michael Myers.

Characters
Laurie Strode (Curtis) is a very intelligent young woman who has a bit of trouble with boys. She is a little nerdy and shes the heroine, so yes she is a virgin. Annie (Kyes) is Lauries friend who's father is the cheif of police. Her other friend is Lynda (Soles) who is her sex driven blonde friend, who we get to see a bit more of then the other girls. And who could forget Dr. Loomis, played brilliantly by Donald Pleasance. He is searching for Michael and knows what he truely is...a madman. This cast is utterly likeable and one of the best in any horror films.

Overall
This is my second favorie horror movie of all time. It has an awesome story which driven by Laurie. I love this movie to death and you should to.
